I modified the entries for this index. The entries list a ship name, then a page number, then a captain's name. I felt the captain's name needed to be at the start of the citation, for easier discovery through the ShipIndex interface, so I rearranged them significantly. All of the data remains, just in an easier-to-discover format.
Volumes 1-4 were edited by William Bell Clark; volumes 5-9 by W. J. Morgan, and volumes 10-12 by Michael J. Crawford. I kept Clark as the editor in my bibliographic notes to keep them together in the Resources list.
